I’m passionate about supporting clients as they empower themselves, creating an empathetic space for kids, adolescents, and adults to explore, heal, and grow.
I offer support for depression, PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, bipolar experiences, chronic illness, and postpartum/perinatal concerns. I personally live with chronic pain and illness, which informs my work in that area.
I use EMDR, IFS, and ACT most often, and am particularly effective in treating PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety and panic, and chronic illness or pain.
