About

I’ve been practicing individually since August 2022, with a prior background in child welfare and domestic violence work. I’m currently a PhD student in Counselor Education and Supervision, researching weight stigma and bias, eating disorders, trauma, and LGBTQ+ topics.

I’m a Health at Every Size (HAES) clinician working with ages 12 and up, specializing in eating disorders and trauma, and also seeing clients for grief, ADHD-related executive functioning, career issues, and anxiety, using a holistic, systems-based approach.
