About

I provide compassionate, evidence-based counseling for individuals, couples, and families dealing with anxiety, overwhelm, stress, feeling stuck, or depression. I also treat bipolar disorder, OCD, trauma, substance abuse, addictive behaviors, relationship challenges, and crisis periods.

I draw from CBT, EMDR, Emotionally Focused Couples therapy (EFT), integrative, and narrative therapy. In a prior career I was a third-grade teacher and special education teacher, giving me extensive experience with kids and families on educational and behavioral issues and the autism spectrum.
