Struggling with life’s stresses is something everyone experiences. I aim to be easy to talk to, practical, and down to earth.
I have extensive experience with anxiety, bipolar disorder, crisis and trauma, codependency, couples and family therapy, decision making, depression, emotional struggles, grief, improving relationships, OCD, panic attacks, PTSD, and women’s issues, with a particular passion for military personnel and multicultural clients.
I previously worked at a psychiatric clinic and as an inpatient therapist at Chicago Behavioral Hospital, and most often draw on EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and DBT in my work today.
